Toronto · Ontario · Canada
The whole business on AI you own. Installed in days.
For Toronto and Canadian owner-operators drowning in fifteen SaaS tools and AI plugins that don't talk to each other. We install one workspace that knows your business — context, data, agents, workflows, dashboards — configured in person at your office. You own it.
30 minutes. No pitch deck. We'll figure out together if it makes sense.
01What we install
An AIOS that runs your business through AI on your machine.
You're not buying more AI. You're installing the workspace your business runs in. Your context, your data, your agents, your workflows, your dashboards — configured for how you actually work, in one place.
Context
Your business, your tone, your team, written down once so the AI works the way you actually run things.
Data
Gmail, calendar, CRM, accounting — wired in so the AI sees what you see.
Agents
Drafts emails, briefs you for meetings, researches prospects — in your voice.
Workflows
Slash commands and skills for the three things that bleed your week. One step, the work happens.
Dashboards
Pipeline, content, revenue, time on inbox — auto-refreshed from the data layer.
Voice-first install. Three to twelve hours of pair-build, in person or remote. We move at the speed of conversation, not the speed of typing. You own the workspace at handoff.
02Three things every owner asks
If your last AI rollout was a plugin nobody opens, what's actually different this time?
Fast
What does AI actually take to get going? Six months and a consulting team?
Three to twelve hours of pair-build over one to three days, plus two weeks of stabilization. You and your team are running on it the day after the install. There is no months-long rollout because there is no platform to roll out — your AIOS is your workspace, configured.
Easy
If I bring this in, how much of my week disappears into adoption?
Zero on your end. We do the install. The team learns by using, not by training — voice in, voice out, with the workflows already configured for the work they actually do. People who don't type get a phone surface. Each role gets its own configuration. No course to sit through.
Complete
Is this just another chatbot, or does it actually run alongside how I work?
Not a chatbot you remember to open. The AIOS is wired into the work itself — reading your email, drafting in your voice, watching your calendar, querying your CRM and accounting. The agents are configured by watching how you actually work, not by reading a manual. You own the workspace at handoff. Walk away whenever — no SaaS to cancel, no data to extract.
03Three lanes
Most owners pick one of three lanes for AI. Here's what you actually end up with in each.
| Bolt-on AI plugins | Enterprise consulting | Tartan PathAIOS install | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What you end up with | Another tab, another login, another subscription | A custom platform on someone else's infrastructure | One workspace your business runs through, configured for you |
| Time to live | Same day; value comes (or doesn't) over months | Six to twelve months of rollout | Three to twelve hours of pair-build, then two weeks of stabilization |
| Who configures it | You and your team, on your own time | A consulting team, in their methodology | We sit in your office and configure it with you |
| What you own at the end | A subscription you can cancel | A platform license you can't fork | The workspace itself — context, agents, workflows, all of it |
| Cost to change later | Stuck waiting for the vendor's next release | Change order through the consulting firm | Edit the config yourself, or we do it on retainer |
| How the team adopts | Some people use it, most forget about it | Mandated training, change-management program | They use it because it's where the work already happens |

04How it flexes
Every business is shaped differently. The install scales to fit yours.
Remote or in-person
Toronto and the GTA, in-person at your office at no extra charge. Outside the GTA, we travel in and bundle the cost cleanly into one line item. Anywhere else, remote works the same.
Single-role or multi-role
Solo owner-operator, or the whole leadership team. Each role gets its own configured AI — your ops manager's AIOS knows ops, your sales lead's AIOS knows the pipeline.
Modular add-ons
Slack inbox assistants, prospect research agents, content factories, custom dashboards — built into the install or layered on later as the workspace earns its weight.
Optional ongoing support
Most clients leave with the workspace and run it themselves. Some keep us on for monthly check-ins, small additions, and adding new context as the business shifts.
Founding clients
We're working with a small number of founding clients to refine the install — early partners who help us shape the playbook in exchange for preferred terms. Book a discovery call to see if you're a fit.
05How it works
Three steps. No surprises.
Discovery call
Free · 30 min
We figure out together if it's a fit. No pitch deck. No deck at all. If we're not a match, we'll tell you fast.
Audit
Paid · ~1 week
We map your stack, identify the workflows where AI gives you the most leverage, and write up the install plan. You own the audit document either way.
Install + handoff
3–12 hours over 1–3 days
Pair-build, in-person or remote. We configure the workspace, wire up your tools, train you and your team, and stay on for two weeks of stabilization. Then it's yours.
Pricing varies with the number of roles, the modules involved, and the delivery mode. We share the full proposal after the discovery call has clarified scope.
06Who it's for
Toronto and Canadian SMBs. Owner-operators who want to claw back hours, not buy more software.
You probably fit if:
- Professional services, agencies, e-commerce — owner-operated.
- Ten or more SaaS tools you can't keep straight.
- Time bleeding on email triage, calendar admin, prospect research, proposal drafting.
- You'd rather automate the next hire than make it.
Not for you if:
You're a large enterprise. You have a technical team that'll build it themselves. You're looking for an AI plugin to bolt onto your existing stack rather than rebuild the workflow around AI.
We'll tell you that on the discovery call. No one's time gets wasted.
07Why Tartan Path
Operator depth. Local presence. Tools we use every day.
Track record
- 12+ years in enterprise IT and project delivery — Standard Life Aberdeen, Scotiabank, RBC, Metrolinx, Four Seasons, Element Fleet, St. Michael's Hospital

- Tartan Path runs on its own AIOS — what we install is what we use every day
- Toronto-based. We come to your office.
Built in public
Our own AIOS is the template we install for clients. Every refinement we make on ourselves ships into the product. You get what we use — not what we wrote up for a deck.
Built on the AI stack we use every day
08Questions
Common ones, answered.
What's an AIOS?
AI Operating System. A configured workspace that runs your business through AI on your machine. Not a SaaS subscription, not a chatbot — software that knows your business and does work for you.
Is it for me?
Read the ‘Who it's for’ section above. If you're unsure, book a discovery call — we'll tell you fast either way.
Do I need to be technical?
No. We do the install. You use voice and dashboards. You never touch the command line unless you want to.
What does it cost?
Pricing varies with the number of roles, the modules involved, and the delivery mode. We share the full proposal after the discovery call has clarified scope.
How long until we're actually using it?
Discovery call is 30 minutes. Audit is about a week. The install itself is three to twelve hours of pair-build over one to three days. You and your team are using it the day after. We stay on for two weeks of stabilization — bug fixes, configuration tweaks, and adding context the install missed.
What's the adoption load on my team?
Close to zero. We configure each role's AIOS in person with that person, so they leave the install already using it. Voice in, voice out. People who don't type can run the whole thing from their phone. There's no separate training program — they learn by doing the work they already do, just with the AIOS running underneath.
In-person or remote?
Your call. In-person inside the GTA at no extra cost. Remote works the same. Outside the GTA in-person includes travel, bundled cleanly into one line item.
What about my data?
Your AIOS lives on your machine and your accounts. We don't host anything. You own everything we build.
What stack does it run on?
Anthropic Claude as the model layer. We pick the surface — Claude Code, Claude.ai, or a hybrid — that fits your team's tech comfort and how you work. MCP for tool integration so the AI talks to your existing stack. Wispr Flow for voice on Mac; native voice on phone. We choose what fits your workflow. We don't lock you in.
