How fast is this, really?
The same day. After a 30-minute call, we book a half-day session. Your worst workflow is rebuilt and running before it ends. Bigger builds after that move at your pace, and we agree the timing with you up front.
Where does our data live?
In your own accounts. The AI runs on tools you own and pay for directly. We don’t host your data. You control our access, and you can switch it off any day.
What if it doesn’t work?
Then you pay nothing. The guarantee is above, word for word, and it’s written into your agreement.
What happens after the half day?
Nothing, unless you want it. The next step, if you want it, is building the rebuilt workflow out properly, then a monthly plan to keep it running. The $2,000 is credited toward the build if you go ahead within 30 days.
Does my team need to learn anything?
Very little. The workflows run inside the tools they already use. We show the people who touch them how it works, and they learn by using it.
What does it cost after the Rebuild?
It depends on the workflow, so we quote it after the half day, in writing, against the numbers we found together. No surprises and no long contracts.
