Tartan Path AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates tartanpathai.com (the “Site”). This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this short and direct.

What we collect

Booking information.When you book a discovery call through the Cal.com widget on this Site, you provide your name, email address, and the answer to one question about what's prompting the call. That information is held by Cal.com and synced to Sean's Google Calendar. Cal.com's privacy policy applies to data you submit through the booking widget.

Site analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to understand traffic and page performance. Vercel Analytics is privacy-friendly: it does not use cookies, does not track individuals across sites, and aggregates data without identifying visitors.

What we don't collect. We do not run any other marketing or ad trackers. We do not maintain a newsletter list from this Site. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How we use it

Booking information is used to schedule and run the call you requested, and to follow up afterward if there's mutual interest in working together. Analytics data is used to understand which content is useful and what to improve.

Your choices

You can cancel a booking at any time using the link in your confirmation email. If you'd like a copy of the information we hold about you, or you'd like us to delete it, contact us at sean@tartanpath.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.

We'll update this page if we change anything material. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
